Our Classes

All Bodies Dance Project offers free, accessible and inclusive dance classes for adults and youth of all abilities, genders, sizes, experiences, and backgrounds. We strive to create an open, artistic and supportive environment where everyone can experience the joy of moving and creating within a diverse community where differences are celebrated.

Classes are offered in Fall, Winter and Spring terms. No experience or skill is required to participate. Classes are led by professional artists with and without disabilities.

ABDP celebrates and uplifts all bodies and their access needs. We're committed to being as accessible as possible to the most people and welcome your feedback, questions, or concerns.

Please see our Accessibility page for more information.

If you have a specific access request please contact us and we will do our best to meet it.

Did you already take a class?

We'd love to hear how it went! Please consider taking a short survey.
