Improv Dance with All Bodies Dance Project

Join All Bodies Dance Project every second Friday at noon PT. Connect with the joy of movement, self-discovery, and imagination, all from the comfort of your home. Explore and improvise through action prompts, phrases, shapes, and activities that celebrate the diversity of inclusive community dance. No experience is required; everyone is welcome. Move as much or as little as you would like.

Camera and Microphone Policy: As it is an interactive program, participants are welcome to keep their cameras on if they would like to fully engage with the session. However, the use of camera and microphone are not mandatory, and we acknowledge that participation is flexible and can be different for everyone.

Recording Policy: Please note that this live event will NOT be recorded nor streamed to other platforms.

To register, please complete the form.

Registration links are available once you submit the form.
