Come join All Bodies Dance Project on September 23rd who will be giving a dance workshop from 1 pm to 2 p.m. This event is part of Culture Days

Offered in English, Chinese, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Wheelchair accessible and has gender-neutral washrooms.
AboutAll Bodies Dance brings together adults, seniors of all abilities, genders, sizes, and backgrounds to explore movement as a means of expression. Participants experience the joy of dancing in a diverse community of movers where all our differences and disabilities are celebrated. This workshop will explore improvisation, drawing from contemporary dance in an open, safe and creative environment. Absolutely no skill or experience required.
Please wear appropriate, loose fitting, comfortable clothes for moving, and runners (non-rubber marking).

The Our Voices, Ourselves Community Hub Kickoff event will feature free performances by ABADA Capoeira, Fluffy & Friends, and the All Bodies Dance Project. -Scent reduction: please come to ABDP classes and events scent-free. Scents include but are not limited to things like: cologne, perfume, hair spray, deodorant, dryer sheets, scented laundry detergent, fabric softener, cigarette smoke, freshly painted nails (please do them at least 24 hours before the show), essential oils, things marked with "fragrance" and "natural fragrance," and so on.
