Trang Trinh (she/her)

General Manager

Trang Trinh assumes her position as General Manager of All Bodies Dance Projects with over 10 years of executive leadership experience. She is known for her relentless advocacy for the arts and its vital role in advancing a more diverse, equitable and inclusive society.


Trained as a concert pianist at the Royal Academy of Music (London) where she is elected as an Associate, Trang Trinh quickly discovered her passion for working with the community. She was the co-founder of El-Sistema Vietnam and the Founding CEO and Chief Educator of Vietnam Youth Music Institute. Among her accomplishments is the founding of Vietnam’s first youth orchestra, as well as the national music textbook (grades 1-4).


Her commitment to inclusive leadership and her contribution to the Arts both as an artist, an administrator and an educator was recognized by the Forbes 30 under 30 list (2015), UK Alumni Award (2022) among others. Trang is a Senior Atlantic Fellow – part of a global network of exceptional leaders, each carrying a deep resolve for a more equal and just world. Most recently, she was a Fulbright Scholar in Arts Leadership at the University of South California (Los Angeles – 2023)

Trang currently resides with her husband and 2 young children in the unceded Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil- Waututh), and xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam) territories (Vancouver, BC, Canada). Dancing is always an important part of their family routine.
